The MUT comes pre-assembled for right handed trigger pulls.
- Remove the three, #4-40, 3/4” socket head cap screws from the side of the mount using a 3/32 hex wrench.
- Remove the bottom, #4-40, 7/16” socket head cap screw.
- Take the longer half of the MUT and place onto the trigger guard with the “wings” facing towards the muzzle.
- Take the shorter half of the MUT and place on the other side of the trigger guard.
- Secure the MUT with the three socket head cap screws that were removed in step two. Slight resistance is normal, stop tightening when the resistance becomes stronger and the MUT is secure.
- Tighten the bottom socket head cap screw from step three until snug. Note: If you have a metal trigger guard the screw will leave a blemish on the surface. Please be aware of this and we recommend placing a thin piece of plastic or something similar to help avoid scratching.
Installing the Lever
- For right handed shooters insert the #4-40, 7/16” socket head cap screw into the left wing. Place the included nylon washer onto the screw followed by the lever and included locking nut.
- For left handed shooters follow the same steps above but install on the right wing.
1. For a normal set trigger use the “U” shaped side. This is how the lever came pre-installed.
2. For back set triggers flip the lever over and use the push side of the lever.
Thank you for testing the first version of the Mini Universal Trigger (MUT). Your feedback is crucial and greatly appreciated. We will be sending a short form in the coming days for feedback on the product. Please keep an eye on your Facebook Messages and/or email when the form is sent out.
